Once you have a dream and therefore the dream isn't something you dream then it happens.

The dream are some things you never knew was getting to inherit your life. 

Once you have a dream, it doesn't often come at you screaming in your face. 

Dreams always come from behind you not right between your eyes it sneaks abreast of you. 

Sometimes it dream almost whispers, always whispers, it never shouts. 

Very hard to listen to . 

So you've got to each day of your lives, be able to hear what whispers in your ear.

It very rarely shouts. you bought to feed your mind a day . 

If you do not feed your mind, life just starts to happen. 

So everybody always asked me ET what was it like being homeless i do not remember what was it like eating out of trash cans I dont' remember I ain't thereon let me tell y'all the toughest a part of my life.

The toughest a part of my life wasn't being homeless. I ain't had no dreams, no goals. 

I didn't want nothing eating out of trash cans wasn't the toughest thing I've ever done. 

The toughest thing I ever did was get my GED attend college study a day and still fail.

That's hard. That's hard. once you writing a paper for 3-4 weeks, you switch it in and you get still get a 2.0, that's hard.

It's hard when you're during a library and you study it and you read and you're taking the test and you get a 55. 

That's hard. So what i would like you to know a few breakthrough is that 90% is figure , but the last 10% that's fight. 

Hear me. you do not get a breakthrough by working. you will get a break through once you fight. and that i had to fight, .

I had to remain up all night. it isn't what happened that determines the standard or the number of your life.

And therefore the reason is because what happens, happens to about everybody, no different. 

The sun went down on all folks last night, a standard event, an event . 

And that i acknowledged that an equivalent things can happen to 2 different people.

One gets rich and one stays poor.

Why is that? It's because it isn't what happens, but rather. 

It's what you are doing that changes everything That it’s necessary for us to start to seem at the longer term ,

Know that it’s possible that we will have our dream. Yes, it is. people have done it, then we will roll in the hay .

We failed tons of times. 

Well, tons of folks failed and eventually they came back and that they succeeded. 

So it’s possible we will have what we would like . And we all know that we would like to urge it, it’s necessary that we align ourselves with people that think like we do. 

It’s necessary we get negative-do-nothing-people out of our lives.

 It’s necessary we never stop learning and growing and developing ourselves. 

It’s necessary that we never hand over .

We all know that it’s you, it’s me, it’s being liable for our stuff and deciding that we’re getting to keep it up keeping on, 

That we’re getting to find how to win or to seek out how to form it happen. and that we know it’s hard, it’s not getting to be a picnic.

Yes, it’s hard, it’s hard and we'll roll in the hay hard. 

And once we roll in the hay hard and that we undergo , we realize it had been worth while and once you discover it had been worthwhile , it's done. 

There's another level. the sole reason you keep seeing there's not is you're feeling so exhausted about .

Where you are but life, the universe,or God is simply testing you because there's another level.

 If this is often good, giant jump to excellence, giant, start good, poor,to good, to excellence. 

There is a level where allyour dreams are realized. there is a level that you'vealways dreamed about.

It's real, it's not gone away but it takes that extra burst.

Once you think there'snothing left, there is no way, you've tried everything 10million times and you retain going. 

It's almost like God is saying if you retain hitting this wall enough times i will be able to see that you simply won't stop, 

That you simply are crammed with that level offer ermination, faith, and courage then .

The door opens and you get thereto next level but what most of the people do not know is that the next level is just two millimeters above and.

It's called outstanding, ladies and gentlemen, outstanding.

 What's it called? - What's it called? - What's it called? Outstanding! - Outstanding, magnificent,unstoppable, extraordinary! 

Not excellent, it is a different level. it is a level where youare not one among the simplest you're the simplest .

 And you recognize what's amazing, you simply need to be two millimetersmore than everybody else and you get everything. 

You get the enjoyment , the laughter, the fun, the family, the eagerness , the economics, the liberty , the spirit, it's all there. 

What Jerry Maguire called the quad, baby. 

All of it and it's justtwo millimeters above and best people hand over because they're exhausted and there is some folks that go the harder I hit it, the more I hit it, sooner or later it's taking place , I'm not stopping. And once you do this enough, it pops open.
